Weekend Walking Retreats in Dartmoor National Park

...

“Connecting with nature, slowing down and such yummy food! A wonderful weekend, and so beautifully guided by Sophia. I left with such peace inside me.”

Carin Carber - Stockholm, Sweden

...

A gentle and nourishing break from the hustle-bustle of daily life in the unique and enchanting landscape of Dartmoor National Park. Nurture yourself with a weekend of fresh air, gentle exercise, delicious home-cooked food, cosy fires - and inspiring company.

You will learn about wild food and experience your natural surroundings in a new and exciting way - through your senses, the arts and the elements. Nature awareness techniques will help you to relax in your body and mind - becoming less of a threat to the wildlife around you.

A chance to slow down. Stop - and reflect on the delicate interconnected relationship of everything that is a part of our world, you will have the time and space to reconnect with nature – to remember we are a part of nature.
